Being nestled amongst rolling hills and a short drive from the coast, you have several options for camping in Diss as there are quite a few campsites and caravan sites. There’s not another Diss campsite quite like Driftways though.
What’s special about our Diss Camping site?
Ok, so technically speaking, we’re not actually in Diss itself. Our Camping Diss site is nestled along a country lane in Pulham Market (about 9 miles away). You could say we’re one of Diss’ hidden gems as when you come and camp with us, you’ll feel as if you’re in your own little world – off grid and surrounded by nature but with just the right facilities to make your stay a comfortable one.

If you love the idea of being having what will feels like your own meadow for a few days (or longer!), you’ll love the peace and tranquillity at Driftways.
We’ve carefully darted our Diss Camping pitches throughout our beautifully maintained 4.5 acre meadow. When you stay with us, you can expect a 16-metre diameter freshly mowed pitch that’s at least 8 metres away from other guests. Perfect for a little spot of privacy and camping at its very best!

You’ll have your very own fire pit, your own super-clean compost toilet, hot showers, and super friendly campsite owners, Vanessa and Andrew.

Greener Diss Camping
We’re super proud of our status as a Greener Camping Club certified Diss camping site. While we do have electricity on site to run the fridge in the dairy and to charge devices (both of which you’re free to use), we are off grid and try to be as green as we can. That’s why our showers are part solar powered, our toilets are compostable (trust, us they’re way better), and we recycle whatever we can.
We also work hard to keep our meadow a great place for our visitors and for nature to thrive, which is why we’re a car-free site. Don’t worry, though, once you’re parked up, we’ll give you an easy-to-push wheelbarrow to carry items to your pitch (it’s all part of the fun).
Experience farm life
While we’re not a fully fledged farm, we do have a few farm animals on site, who you’re welcome to come and see. As well as two dogs and two cats, we have three horses, two goats and a flock of chickens who lay the most amazing eggs (just ask us if you’d like some!).
Ever considered a glamping?
Driftways is not your standard Diss camping site – it’s also a glamping meadow. So, if you fancy forgoing your tent to bring a little luxury to your camping, we’re the site to do it. When you glamp with us, you still experience the same charm of off grid camping, just in your own ready-made bell tent with a few home comforts and surprise extras!
