SITE & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Driftways is open between May and Sept each year, all weekends are classed as peak (Friday-Sunday), otherwise any time outside of the peak season dates below are classed as off-peak.

Peak Season Dates

• May Bank Holidays: Monday 1st May 2023 and 8th May 2023

• Half-term holiday: Monday 29 - Friday 2 June 2023

• Summer: Friday 30th June to Tuesday 5th September 2023

 

Check in / out

​

Between 3pm (4pm for Glamping) and 8pm. Check out is by 10am for Glamping and 11am for Camping guests.

Changeover Days

​

Changeover days are preferred on Monday's and Fridays due to cleaning and family commitments but we can offer some flexible, light touch check in on other days. Please book your required dates and contact us so we can arrange details.

Camping offers greater flexibility so if your preferred check in date isn't available on the website please contact us to arrange.

Minimum Stay

​

During school holidays and the summer there is a minimum stay for Glamping of 3 nights otherwise for Glamping there is a 2 night minimum stay, for Camping there is no minimum stay

 

Prices

 

Glamping up to 4 people

​

Peak  - £110 per night

Off Peak  - £80 per night

4+ people  - £10 per extra person per night

Camping

​

Peak £40 per night per Family/Household

Off peak £30 per night per Family/Household

 

All visitors must be members of the Greener Camping Club, as we are a GCC members-only site, it is a condition of operating as a campsite. The good news is membership is only £12 per year, and for each member added we will plant a tree.

 

Greener Camping Club Membership will automatically be added to your booking, if you are already a member please include your GCC membership details with your booking and we will refund/amend your membership fee.

How to pay

​

Please request your dates and extras via our online booking system, be sure to include any extra information including details if you are already a member of the Greener Camping Club. We will then send you a booking summary by return.

 

We can accept payment via

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your payment & reservation. Reservations will only be held for 3 days without a deposit. 

 

Reservations/bookings are subject to our booking terms and conditions which can be found here. 

 

If we're fully booked or your preferred dates are not available, then please contact us and we can add you to our mailing list and notify you with availability updates. Alternatively, The Greener Camping Club has other sites available that may be suitable.

 

If you would like to book out-of-season, when we are normally closed, then please contact us, this could possibly be arranged.
